Natalie was amazing to work with! She easily tuned in to our needs and preferences and showed us many properties that were appropriate. Initially we were doing research and decided not to purchase that year. Natalie was very patient and when we returned a year later she helped us find the perfect house! We had a few challenges in the purchase process the least of which were not the two hurricanes that occurred between the offer and closing dates. But Natalie was amazing at helping us navigate through the process and negotiate with the seller to help us reach the optimal deal. We would highly recommend her to anyone buying a home in the Sarasota area!

Natalie worked with us for over a year first providing a fantastic overview of the area, and then taking us on numerous days of house hunting, keeping an eye out on the market for us, and getting to know us so she could better advise on neighborhoods and type/price of home.
