Find Your Dream

Specializing in working with buyers in Siesta Key, Florida…

Natalie Gutwein's love for real estate began when she was a college student at Indiana University. Working for a property management company, she helped fellow students find area housing, and helped home and condo owners manage their properties and navigate homeowners' associations. She soon discovered that she loved helping others find their perfect space to call home, and decided to embark on a full-time career in real estate.

A global real estate advisor with Premier Sotheby's International Realty's The Plaza at Five Points office, Natalie brings to the Sarasota and Siesta Key region almost two decades of experience as an investor and property manager. Initially, Natalie received her REALTOR® license in 2004 in her home state of Indiana. When her husband's work eventually moved the family to Alpharetta, Georgia, she again retained a license, working in the luxury real estate market in the affluent Atlanta suburbs. She is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, the REALTOR® Association of Sarasota and Manatee, and is a certified Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist. She is also on the boards of the Siesta Key Chamber and the Siesta Key Association as well as a writer for the Siesta Sand Newspaper and a podcast creator.

Natalie frequently studies conflict resolution and was licensed as a mediator in Indiana and took courses on mediation in Georgia and Florida. One of Natalie's greatest accomplishments is the six years she volunteered as a CASA (court-appointed special advocate or lay guardian ad litem) for Georgia's Forsyth County Juvenile Court. She was appointed children who had been removed from their parents, deeply investigated each situation, and frequently appeared before the judge to make her recommendations on behalf of the minors in her care. While she often found it extremely time consuming, sometimes heart-breaking and frequently frustrating, it was also one of the most rewarding experiences of her life.

Selling real estate truly is Natalie's dream job. She prides herself on knowing not only her customers, but all parties involved, in order to get each transaction to the closing table. Finding the dream home or putting a house on the market is only the beginning. Mediating, negotiating, and understanding different personalities to put it all together is where Natalie excels. Knowing the inventory, the area, what's going on and coming off the market, and truly understanding real estate as a business is what sets Natalie apart from other associates.

Natalie lives on Siesta Key where she, her children, and their three dogs love to ride their bikes, go to the beach, snorkel for shells, hang out in the village and try new restaurants. She loves to dig through estate sales for hidden treasure, travel the country, visit with family and friends, and watch Indiana Hoosiers Basketball.
